Welcome to our stunning new home in Downtown Nashville. Featuring over 1,200 square feet of space, perfect for large groups or families to experience the energy of the music capital. Centrally located six blocks from the legendary music scene "Broadway", short walk to the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium and much more this lively city has to offer. Spend your day relaxing poolside and your evening soaking up the nightlife
The space
Large open living room with an easy to use queen sofa bed and queen Murphy bed. Enjoy our private patio with a stunning view of the city. Kitchen has all the essentials needed to bake, cook or create cocktails. Main bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and a gorgeous view of the city right from your comfy bed. It has a large private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen trundle bed with a twin. The second full bath is right next to bedroom. Washer & dryer in unit if needed.

Perfect place to stay downtown with free parking. Loved the view from the condo. Building is very clean, condo was spotless and had everything you’d need for a few nights in Nashville. The owners have done a great job providing things for a girls weekend! My husband, son and I had a few laughs wearing the hats and glasses!

The condo had everything we needed and more! The host was very accommodating especially with our early arrival (ex. ability to store our luggage and early check-in). The condo was very clean and had lots of fun touches like the cute makeup mirrors. The area around the building wasn’t the best however it was close enough to everything that getting Ubers was no problem. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Luxury condo in Nashville

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was well maintained, stocked with needed items, plus more. Plus you have use of the amenities of the building including the pool, fire pits, and the gym. All areas of the building are very nice. Entrance into the parking garage, building, and condo are secure with use of phone app which makes it easy and convenient. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

WONDERFUL

My girlfriends and I have enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything one might need for a stay in Nashville. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Great location. Accessible short Uber ride to Broadway Street and also walkable to eateries and wine venue. Decor is perfect for Bachelorette parties, and also comfortable for a family. Pool is inviting with cabanas and comfortable lawn furniture.

Everything was exactly as described! Clean, fun decor, and plenty of space! We had everything we could need. Wendy was wonderful to work with! She was very accommodating and flexible with check-in and provided suggestions for local places to dine! Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
