Close to downtown but away from the traffic. Property was well kept, clean, and fully stocked. We felt safe and the outdoor space was nice. It got a little noisy at night but could have been an unfortunate 2 nights because it was not consistent either night. Overall, l would recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in East Nashville! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and we loved the back yard space. There were restaurants and a great organic grocery store within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! It was very clean and the location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and it's close to Broadway. The house was perfect for our stay. The house is in very good condition, had everything we needed. The views from the porch were wonderful, you could see all the lights from downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend staying here, the only problem we had was the stairs from the street had no banister, it was tough going up the stairs especially with suitcases. Close to markets and restaurants that weren't as busy as downtown.

We loved our stay in East Nashville, in the "the blue house"! The listing is exactly as described and better than imagined. Location was great with plenty to eat and drink within walking distance and Ubers were quick for longer jaunts. Hosts were fantastic and communicated well, especially helpful with a blunder on made upon booking. Highly recommend!

Great owner and place

The property and location were perfect and being able to bring our dog and have a gated yard was so helpful. The owner was super responsive and if you are going to Nashville with a pet, this is the place!
