THE SPACE
Daisy’s Saloon takes its cues from The Great Gatsby, turning thoughtfully curated art into a warm, imaginative escape. The main living area is open and welcoming, with plush seating, a large screen for movie or game nights, and a bar and coffee station that make it easy to pour a drink, mix a cocktail, or ease into a slow morning. A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.

★Trains, Noise & Soundproofing★
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit. This unit is on the opposite side of the building, so train noise is typically less noticeable

Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.

★Building Security & Access ★
Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.

★One bedroom features a bunk bed designed to comfortably accommodate adults.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). This condo was more than we could have imagined. Walking in to the perfectly appointed, Gatsby-esq decorated rental took our breath away. We had 10 women between the ages of 40 and 60 for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of space for everyone, the balcony was an additional gathering space. I actually took photos of all the little extras around the house. We wanted for nothing, including magnets to hang a banner. It was perfect! The ONLY downside was a train that was SOOOO loud at about 4 am each morning. There are earplugs in the bathrooms but it was an issue a couple of nights.

The property is secure you have to have the code to get into the building. There is always a concierge. The location is a short walk 5-10 minute walk (in heals) lol to broadway. The house was spotless clean everything worked. It was an amazing experience!
