The location was great. But... First, they had problems checking me in. Had to wait about two hours afterb check in time to get in. Then it seems it was my job to put the pots , pans and dishes away. The worst part was the bedbug bites. Probably best to pass.

The property is conveniently located and attractive enough BUT the day of travel required tons of interactions. It was not easy. The place had roaches, hair on the “clean” towels and only one coffee kuriq for three nights. We told them about the situation and they wanted photographs which we took time to send. They offered to come change the towel. It was all pretty frustrating. I own a rental and understand the challenges but some coffee left at our door could have smoothed a lot of the yuck factor.

CozySuites provided nice sized rooms and equipment. Loved the coffee, Laundry detergent, and in room washer/ dryer. The folks who manage this property are not local which made delayed assistance at check in when I was having trouble with the app.

Don’t do it

The place was dirty, stuffing was coming out of the couch, and one bathroom had NO toilet seat. Because this property is managed by an offsite entity, there was no maintenance or housekeeping available when we checked in around 4:45 PM on a weekday. They told us the room couldn’t be cleaned until the next day, and we couldn’t stay there with the unit in the condition it was. We had to find another place to stay. I’m angry that I had to spend the first couple hours of my short vacation fighting by text with whoever is managing this place. They absolutely refused to refund our money, even when we told them that we were rotating the property an hour after we checked it. I told them that we were five friends who only get together every few years and had all flown from different parts of the country to be together. They offered us single rooms to replace the dilapidated two bedroom that we reserved, but we did not want to be in separate rooms. That was not what we signed up for. Not to mention, we didn’t have much faith that any other unit would be any cleaner.

Would not recommend booking here.

Booked this location on Dec 6th. They immediately charged my credit card. Somewhere during the holiday season they sent me a message to sign their agreement in order to confirm my reservation. I was busy with the holidays and didn’t sit down to read the agreement until January 7th. I did not agree with the rules that were not disclosed on the hotels.com website when I booked so I sent a message asking to cancel. I didn’t receive any response. Over the next two weeks I sent several messages with no response. When I finally called to ask to cancel was told that it was too late to cancel or receive a refund. I asked what would happen if I did not sign the house rules and received no response. On the day of my check in, received a text asking for a photo of my drivers license and a photo at 2:45 pm for a 4pm check in. I still hadn’t signed the house rules and I was uncomfortable sending my ID on this texted website but I did it. I didn’t hear back with how to get into the room until well after 6:30 pm. By then I had already booked a different hotel because I didn’t know if they were going to let me stay without that signature. CozySuites and Hotels.com have both refused to refund my money. I bought the travel protection which is also a joke and doesn’t cover this situation. I would say buyer beware for this location, the travel protection and hotels.com in general.
