There was a Shell gas station in the same parking lot which was very convenient! Nice clean hotel. Just needed a room before my morning flight in Nashville. Also like they had a park and stay option which saved me a lot of money on parking for my trip!

Okay Stay but could improve.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. Check-in was easy. The room had stains on the walls that were not appealing. The parking is limited due to a closed parking garage and we had to park in a small grass area adjacent to the hotel. The grass field worked fine, but we stood in line for about 30 minutes to confirm we could park there. Also, when our key stopped working it took about 15 minutes of waiting at the lobby to get another key. Overall, it felt like they lacked enough front desk staff to handle check ins and other things going on at the hotel. Breakfast was a plus and their selection was good for the type of hotel.

When we arrived our room was on the first floor, the window was wide open no screen on it and the door was wide open. This is an unsafe place to stay. We left our vehicle in there garage which they offer with a price for 8 days while on a cruise. When we returned we found our vehicle along with 2 others were broken into, 2 of the windows smashed. They never called us about it or told us when we arrived. They did not report it to the police, when we asked them to call the police we waited 30 minutes for them to arrive just to find out that they did not call them they told us to call because they didn’t want to report it. They had the audacity to charge us for the night. Will leave an update after we get ahold of the manager.

Parking was a real issue. Not nearly enough spaces for the guests. Shower stall had no lip around the bottom, water just runs out into the floor. Bed very uncomfortable. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.

What’s a good place to stay didn’t realize I had to pay for parking though at least it was only five dollars but prefer hotels without paid parking but room was nice. Beds were nice. Breakfast was good. Great location.

The staff were fine. But the room smelled of mildew, perhaps mold, and there were some spots of poop on the wall—small, but noticeable if you looked. A smell of smoke lingered in the room a bit, too.

Very nice hotel for the price. Bathrooms have been updated along with the rest of the interior, no bathtub to step over is a plus but no grab bar in the regular rooms. We had 2 rooms with king beds both had indentation in mattress on one side only¿ We were headed south so this location was very convenient for getting to Hwy 40 or 24.
