Staff was super friendly and hotel was clean. Perfect location! But the coffee was awful. I even hate to mention this, but honestly would’ve loved to have woken up and had a decent cup of coffee.

The stay was comfortable. I was disappointed though that their fitness center was closed and had been closed good several weeks due to water damage. If that were the case they should have that stipulated when you make reservations. I was extremely upset because the only reason I picked the hotel was because it had Fitness center open 24 hours. I did not continue my stay and went elsewhere the next couple of days. When I called Expedia to ask for some form of compensation, they stated they would credit 25$towards another stay. Started it would be in my account. It is still not there. I’m disappointed all around! No help from anyone. But still the place itself and the staff were nice.

I chose not to dine, as the food did not appear appetizing. Several amenities were not functioning properly. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep comfortably due to the bed being excessively firm, the pillows being too small, and significant noise coming from neighboring rooms. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the area. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay

The staff was okay you had to wait around for them to acknowledge you. The rooms were clean somewhat. You can tell they did the bare minimum to make it look clean. We hardwood had any hot water to shower and when you turned the shower on the faucet came off the wall when you pulled the shower on. It was an okay stay but not worth the money we spent. The beds were somewhat comfortable to sleep in. It did have a nice in door pool for the kids.

The r9om was super. Best wheelchair accessible room I have stayed in. Staff super helpful. Only negative is we had our handicapped parking tag stolen.
