This hotel was so clean and had a wonderful breakfast. It was close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Very close to Nashville! We will stay here in the future.

Liked the stay but little kids of the housekeeper running up and down the hallway, playing in the ice machine, all while she was working. She couldn’t have been watching him. That’s not a good thing for your other guests. What would have happened if he had gotten hurt????

Franklin Visit

There were a lot of good reviews on this hotel, so I took a chance. The customer service was great. It is an older looking hotel but it is incredibly clean. My only complaint is that they have "half" pillows to sleep on and I didn't sleep well.

The beds were great and the shampoo left my hair extremely soft. We had a room next to the elevator but we did not hear the noise of the elevator at all. It was in a relatively safe area, as safe as any city in the USA can be.
