Staff was nice and very accommodating! They provided a 1st floor when I asked because of my disability. They also were sure to get both rooms close together but, there were just alot of issues that occurred with other things. Our foor wouldnt catch to be locked. We had to bang it over and over. Card keys didnt work multiple time. Had to go back and forth to the front desk. I called for some gabage bags and I was told to come get them. I have never had any hotel for me to come and get them. Your paying for there service and that means they are suppost to bring you one. The toilet wouldnt flush. Floor was chipped and dirty in multiple places. Im sorry but, I would not stay there again.

Hotel was dirty and neglected. The vinyl flooring is bubbling up, the remote for the TV didn't work. There is mold on the cocking in the bathroom, rust stains and there was hair in the bathroom when we checked in.
