Staff was not very accommodating to my request for a handicap room. They said they had no rooms that were handicap and they would not move us to a room that was accessible without a long walk or uneven floors( all the sidewalks on the third floor were wonky) Breakfast was very basic and they didn’t even have hot water. You are not allowed to leave the breakfast room with your breakfast. One of the guys who checked us in was just watching people who came in for breakfast.they did have a omelette bar but the guy cooking them didn’t do a good job. Ours were tough and like eating cardboard. The elevator stopped working with us in it. Took several minutes for it to open up again thankfully on our floor again we took the stairs but my father had no choice but to try the elevator later because he is handicapped. They do not post the elevator certificate of operation in the elevator so I don’t know when it was last certified. Rooms were smaller than normal hotels rooms my father’s walker couldn’t be used in the room as the walking space was too narrow. The only plus thing was they did have a grab bar in the bathroom.

Upon arriving I was charged an additional $65 for parking which I told I would be refunded if I checked out early, never was. Had to leave 2 days early due to a terrible winter storm. When relaying this info to the team at the front desk they told me I’d have to contact Expedia. Expedia told me I’d have to contact the hotel. No one would help. I could have spent $60 for 1 night at the same hotel and ended up spending over $300 for that same single night. Expedia and the hotel have been terrible with customer service through this entire experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. Parking situation was terrible and you’ll overpay by nearly triple on Expedia
