Hotel was amazing. Room was beautiful. Only downfall was a tree right outside our window with atleast 100 birds in a nest chirping at 6am. You’re supposed to go on a trip and sleep in. Nope was up at 557 am to birds chirping so loud. Told staff they didn’t care at all. Just looked at me like I was stupid. Staff sucks hotel is great

The breakfast menu was pretty much the same during our stay it would have been nice if they didn't run out of bacon or served it more. The staff did a great job with cleaning my room. The balcony was clean and the view of the pool was okay although it was close. The pool was clean even though I didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

Clean updated hotel. Very comfortable rooms and great bed.. Two negatives. The internet is very poor. They don't have the capacity to handle the guests and it kept dropping...the other negative is for those of us,who are insulin dependent while there is adequate refrigeration in the rooms, there is no way to freeze your travel bag, if you use one to keep your unsulin cool while traveling

The walls were dirty and do not recommend the shuttle service to downtown. The driver was doing some sort of drugs on foil and talking on his cellphone during the ride back. My husband confronted him and he threatened his life. Appetizers were good!

It was a nice place to stay. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and free baked potato bar in the evening, as well as breakfast in the morning. Was disappointed in how hard the beds were. They were not very comfortable and i was not happy to discover you cant even smoke on the balcony.
