Nice hotel

Nice place. Had nightly cocktails and appetizers and also had breakfast but this was a work trip so I didn't make it to any of them. Nice room and amenities. Would stay here again.

I thought the free drinks in the afternoon were unique. Ashley at the front desk was the only friendly person. The other front desk staff were very cold. The commode in my room was leaking at the base. I reported this to the front desk person. She said she'd have it repaired when we checked out, which wasn't until two days later. We weren't offered to change rooms or offered any discount on the bill. I felt this was poor customer service. The leaking toilet emitted a very unpleasant odor. I do hope this issue was taken care of before it was given to a new tenant. The breakfast bar was good, with a nice variety of foods offered. However, the person working the bar was Hispanic and could hardly understand English, which made asking for something or asking a question difficult to communicate.

Good experience

Clean rooms, but the beds are a little too hard. Breakfast was great with a good variety! Pool was beautiful and thr veranda area was very nice. Complimentary happy hour with 2 free drinks and an appetizer rach nice was a great added addition. We will definitely stay here again!!

Cpap machine kept throwing the power out, had to switch rooms late at night. Staff was very helpful tho! Left smart watch in first room, asked about it a day and a half later and had been turned in along with charger!
