First we were not told the pool and Jacuzzi were booked for private and we were not allowed access then there was poop on the towels clearly the towels had not been changed/cleaned at breakfast asked for assistance and was told I don't know what to tell you when asked about something not working after placing money inside first time every renting a hotel room and I believe it will be a very long time before I do again

There were people coming and going until about 3 am. I was beginning to think they were renting rooms by the hour. My dog kept barking at all the noise and I did not get any sleep. Would never stay there again!!

The floors were so dirty I had to put towels on the floor cause it felt like walking on popcorn, also had a cockroach in the cabinet that the refrigerator was in. The front desk member argued with me, escalated the conversation when I asked for a refund on at least one night. I was traveling with my dog and I paid a pet fee for two nights, only to be put in an inside room (there was a sign saying pets are not allowed in the inside rooms and to tell the front desk and they will relocate you) which yeah, had the loud pool area and the jacuzzi is also, BROKEN.

We were driving from Chicago to Florida with the kids and needed an affordable place to stop for the night. The price here was much better than other hotels along the route, so we decided to give it a try and it worked out really well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and patient, even with our tired kids. Parking was easy, which made unloading everything simple. Breakfast was okay nothing fancy, but enough to get us going before heading back on the road. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay at a good value. We’d stay again on our next road trip.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were friendly and professional. The room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the environment was quiet, allowing for a restful stay. Housekeeping was timely, and all amenities worked properly. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very well maintained and feels modern, fresh, and welcoming. From the moment I checked in, everything looked spotless — the lobby, hallways, and especially the room. My room was exceptionally clean, with tidy bedding, fresh towels, and a well-kept bathroom. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail, and it made my stay feel comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the hotel offers a great environment, peaceful atmosphere, and impressive cleanliness standards. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay.

This hotel is absolute garbage. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke, it does not look anything like the website photos, the side door from the outside parking lot to inside the hotel is BROKEN, anyone can walk in and out, super unsafe. Awful. Upon walking to our room, the door to our room was … already cracked open and had not been cleaned at all. There was sticky liquid on the counter/table (gross), pillows and sheets on the floor, garbage cans full, and a toilet that had not been flushed. Seriously, gross. Oh, and yeah, you guessed it, this gem of a hotel wouldn’t give us a refund. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Seriously nasty. Go down the street to the Doubletree Hilton.

Broken toilet. Waited two hours for a new room. The overall design of the property is terrible. Indoor pool area echos terribly throughout the center part of the complex. Rooms smelled like weed. Staff were nice enough but took forever responding to issues.

During check in, the front desk staff said I didn't have any reservation, I showed him my booking confirmation and still he said nope, then finally after almost an hour he found it. The room was heavily scented gave me headache, AC was noisy and worst part around 1am in the morning there was banging and loud sound of people fighting from the next room.
