The Space:

With 8 bedrooms split across two full homes on this VRBO listing, this setup is built for multi-family trips and longer group stays, not a cramped single house. Every family gets a real bedroom, a full bathroom nearby, and a living room that is never shared with a group they just met.



Bubbles, the first home, sleeps its group across four bedrooms with queen beds (one room adds a twin plus two more queens), an open-concept living room with bold art, and a rooftop deck built around the pink-lit hot tub. A pull-out sofa in the living room adds sleeping space for two more without crowding a bedroom.



Sparks, the second home, mirrors that same four-bedroom layout and adds its own living room pull-out sofa, but trades the hot tub for a private fire pit and gas grill, making its rooftop the cookout and evening hangout spot. One bedroom in the home goes all in on comic book art and themed wallpaper, with its own doorway out to a private balcony.



Spend the day out in East Nashville, watch the skyline change color from the hot tub with a drink in hand, then walk the group over to the other home's fire pit once the sun goes down.
