The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. There was also a late night party in one of the neighbouring houses that was quite loud, which was a bit challenging with kids. After a few days staying in Pigeon Forge, it was lovely to return to the house and relax. Overall, I’d recommend the property, just consider bringing or using the provided earplugs.

We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. It’s clear the property could benefit from some thoughtful updates. Another important note for future guests: the house is located very close to a busy road and a train track. The noise levels, especially at night, made it difficult to get quality sleep. This may not be the best option for light sleepers or those looking for a peaceful getaway. While the location has potential, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations based on how the property was represented online.
