• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Property was exactly as advertised. A quick Uber ride to and from all the action downtown but a nice quiet spot to relax during the day. Host was easy to communicate with, but we didn’t really need anything after the check in instructions were received. A reasonably priced hassle free place to stay. We had a good stay, it was mostly cleaned - we found a marijuana cookie in the table drawer. The beds are REALLY noisy and there is the bare minimum in the kitchen. In the end we enjoyed our stay, but we could not cook as much as we wished.

Had a great stay with family. Everything was nice and spacious. The location was good and easy to navigate. The only thing we didnt enjoy much was the patio because of the bugs or whatever they were. We looked it up after and turns out that's the season the bugs come out or are more active.

What a great place to stay in Nashville. My best friend and I had more than enough room to spread out and enjoyed just hanging out there. The place was immaculate with nice amenities. Communication was very easy...we resolved a password issue in less than a minute! We're planning on a second trip to Nashville and will certainly be staying here!
