This hotel is BEYOND excellent!! Quiet, beautiful and staff is friendly and courteous. The lobby and rooms are BEAUTIFUL! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathrooms are completely new and very spacious. Would DEFINITELY give it a 5 stars rating!

Spent a lot of money for a city view and it was on the 2nd floor so not great. My expectations were higher than it delivered. Rooftop bar/restaurant wasn't open. Room service not available. I teally wanted to treat us for first time in Nashville and this hotel just didnt deliver.

Staff was very nice, but we were supposed to be able to check-in at 3pm but had to wait until 4:30pm. It took 40 minutes to get ice delivered (didn't realize we could get our own ice on the 2nd floor). Couldn't get the Nespresso machine in our room to work, but there was a machine on our floor to get hot water which is all I needed. There was no iron & board in the room, but it had a steamer which I didn't use. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. Fitness facility was top notch. Only downsides were a bar staff member who treated customers as if they were there for her pleasure, not the other way around, the elevator key floor access was not labeled and most guests were frustrated, and the filtered water bottle dispenser did not function. Recommend walikg a hundred feet in any direction to have a nightcap rather than deal with that bar staff. You’ll save money and frustration; especially when you were there to catch up with an old friend.

We had a wonderful stay, friendly staff and Chris with valet was awesome. The hotel was very clean, especially our room. The water fill up station was a great perk, we will definitely be back in the future.

Our room had a water leak the created a pool of water in room 513 upon using the shower. It escaped we believe the shower from the back side of sink counter and went around the wall into the toilet area.
