The hotel seemed newly built, very clean, and modern. Almost everything about the stay was great — the facilities were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere inside felt fresh and well-maintained. However, the service was extremely disappointing.
The front desk employee was very rude and unkind, which made me feel uncomfortable right from check-in. She did not provide basic information such as where my room was located or proper parking instructions. Instead, she simply asked if I had a car, tossed me the parking pass, and curtly mentioned the cost. For someone who travels often, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with front desk service.
It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is wonderful, but the lack of professionalism at the front desk overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.
