The Space:
Multi-family trips and reunions need room to breathe, and this house gives every group its own corner without losing the togetherness. Book it on VRBO and settle twelve guests across four bedrooms and 15 beds, with a couple of fold-out spots in the living room for extra kids or late arrivals.
Downstairs, the Green Room does double duty as game night and hangout space, with a ping pong table and bar for the adults once the younger crowd is settled. A separate Luxury Lounge gives the group another spot to spread out, while the Private Theater upstairs is built for a lazy morning or a movie marathon after a big day out.
Each bedroom carries its own Eras-inspired look, including a purple bunk room with a projector screen and its own balcony access, plus a lavender "Karma" themed lounge space and a Getting Ready area with a built-in makeup bar, Hollywood-style lights, and full-length mirrors. A neon sign in the dining area reading "Taylor can't come to the phone right now" keeps the theme running through even the everyday moments.
Spend the day out near Broadway or the ballpark with the group, come back for a rooftop hot tub soak as the skyline lights up, then wind down with ping pong or a movie before the kids and adults both turn in. This VRBO listing is run by Misfit Homes, with support available whenever your group needs it.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Four bedrooms let multiple families or a larger reunion group each claim their own space while still sharing the house together.
• Bedroom 1: Bunk beds, plus a sofa, in a purple-themed room with a projector screen and balcony access
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, plus a chair that folds out to a single bed
• Bedroom 3: 6 double beds
• Bedroom 4: 3 double beds, plus a sofa bed
• Plus in the living room: 2 chairs fold out to single beds
This layout works well for family reunions, multi-family trips, and larger groups who want everyone under one roof for a themed Nashville weekend. It's less suited to hosting outside events, since the space is built around overnight guests staying in the bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Music City Eras sits close to Nashville's Germantown district, where local restaurants and cafes make for an easy family outing before heading back to the house. Riverfront Park and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are both a short drive away for a walk along the water or through downtown history. It's close enough to reach the honky-tonks and stadiums for a night out, quiet enough for the group to actually unwind between outings
Getting Around:
Rideshare is the simplest way to get the group to Broadway and downtown Nashville for a night out. Getting around by car is straightforward from here, which works well for families bringing along strollers, coolers, or extra gear
Other Things to Note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home, all of my favorite local spots, and discounted upgrades to your stay.
