The Space:

This 2400 SF space is located right at the historic entertainment strip of Printers Alley with two luxurious bathrooms and four large, stately bedrooms. This unit also features a full kitchen and dining area with artistic ceilings and themed rooms.



Each bedroom is decorated with authentic memorabilia sourced from around the globe. Everything is authentic. No gimmicks here.



The Navajo Room

Featuring a four poster king bed, the decor in this room is from Najavo reservations of the American Southwest. A 250 year old wool rug, ceremonially used peyote pipe, hand painted decorative plates, oil paintings.

Even the ling blanket was purchased on reservation.



The Sub Saharan Africa Room

Featuring a Zulu shield and set of spears, as well as a bow, set of arrows and quiver from the Congalese Civil War.



The Western Room

Featuring a king canopy bed, powder horn, double barrel shotgun from the 1800s, vintage leather boots, a saddle mirror, and more

Featuring musical instruments including vintage horn, trumpet and more.



Second floor unit, comes with access to first floor gaming lobby with bumper billiards table and shuffleboard.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the building communal lobby, elevator, front staircase and 2nd floor unit. Do Not Try to wander into other units

There is a liquor store and grocery store and walgreens all within 2 blocks. You do not need a car.



Getting Around:

We reccomend no cars. There is ample uber and lyft/taxi service available.

If it sounds like there's a lot of rules, relax. There's not. The focus is, don't be an asshole. We build these places for comfort, luxury, to party, to decompress. My business partner and I do our best to be available around the clock. When things aren't working, call us. We will troubleshoot, come down ourselves or send someone. We selected or built everything in the unit. We know how it works.
