The Space:

It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a queen size bed and a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked.



*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

• NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation.

• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.

• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.

• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.



• Enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in! Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and we recommend arriving between 4–8 PM for the best experience. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may be limited. Please note, early check-ins must be approved in writing by management. Editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.

• After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to make sure everything is good to go!

• For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount."
