The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to all the main downtown attractions but still far enough away to not have the loudness that comes with downtown Nashville.

Loved the omelet station. Easy uber to broadway. Selected pay at property and staff started calling me before I arrived threatening to cancel in 1 hour if I didn’t provide my card right then. Was really odd. They didn’t seem to care that I was driving. $20 parking per night seems excessive

I booked this hotel thinking it would be fine because of the reviews and we would ONLY be there to sleep. It was TERRIBLE...we checked out after the 1st night and went to another hotel. The whole place smells weird, the beds were hard- one of them was even broken, the bathroom was FILTHY. It was disgusting. I called downstairs that night to let them know we would be checking out in the morning. When we went downstairs, I asked them for a refund on the parking and told them again we weren't staying, turned in the maintenance card. I knew I had to contact Expedia for the refund so I wasn't too worried about talking to the front desk about that. Expedia got in touch with the hotel and they declined the request. I messaged the property through Expedia and they still declined the refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Great location with all the necessary amenities and features for a short or longer stay. Excellent value. Staff is warm, friendly and very attentive. Very clean hotel that tries hard to be as accommodating as possible. Very good breakfast including an omelette station! Areas that were less than excellent - tv service, space in the room was tight (especially bathroom area), rainfall shower (no water pressure), workout room was not very inviting/clean or well appointed. We stayed 5 days as a family of four and it was more than adequate however and these were minor inconveniences.
