Staff nice! Shower curtains had like blood stain at the top corner. The room had a use scrubber if you wanted to was a glass. Paper towel was old. Bathtub was somewhat decent. The property was okay but sketchy. You can tell whoever cleans the room half way cleans them. I stayed In room 327

The location needs many improvements. My daughter fell in the shower. We realized there were no grippers in the tub nor rails to hold onto. We sanitized the room with lysol and found bed bugs. We left the hotel immediately and checked in somewhere else.

I kept constantly having to ask for towel i requested room service 3 days straight ended up having to clean my own room because they didn’t come until check out day shower had rust on it sink looked like mildew was inside ceiling had stains but i guess for the price it was alright

While the area looks sketchy, we felt safe and our room was clean and quiet. The parking area is well lit and the hotel is convenient to d9wntown without paying downtown prices. We were in for Nine Inch Nails and were back in under 45 minutes with traffic. Staff was friendly, our room was clean. We didnt eat breakfast as we slept in. We would definitely come back.

I wish I could give a better review but there were several people loitering in the parking lot, a pile of crushed Goldfish crackers in the only working elevator that were not cleaned up 12 hours later, debris in the hallways. Obviously the hotel can’t control the environment surrounding the property but I didn’t anticipate the amount noise and random non-guests in the parking lot.
