Overall I am satisfied with the stay. However, the pool was out of order which was a bummer. In addition, they are charging three dollars for a bottle of Walmart great value brand water when you can get a twenty four pack for maybe five dollars. That was insanity. Especially since our floors I've machine wasn't hooked up due to renovations. Anyway, overall still happy and would stay again.

The hotel was clean overall but there was renovations going on throughout the building. Housekeeping was not good though, they never Fully cleaned my room during my 3 day stay. My sheets stayed the same the whole time because my makeup was still on my pillowcase

We planned a week stay in Antioch so we could experience Nashville but experience relaxation with our lodging. We arrived and did not know the saltwater pool was closed for maintenance the whole stay. Disappointed. A worker was scraping the ceiling in the lobby during the day in high traffic areas. On ALL floors, the tiles were being replaced right outside the elevators causing dust, noise and having to walk over construction with debris leading down the hallway the whole stay. The hot chocolate/coffee machine was never refilled with hot chocolate after day 2 and by the time we left no coffee. We had to ask for towels multiple times and when we clearly noticed someone had been in our room to take the trash, nothing else was cleaned. There were large rolls of carpeting blocking a hallway on the main floor as well. It was not a relaxing stay at all. I understand renovations, but not sloppy ones at the inconvenience of guests. Notices regarding the construction/renovations were not even put up until a few days into our stay.

The hotel itself was okay, but the overall experience wasn’t what I expected. There’s a large homeless community set up right at the main intersection and expressway ramps near the hotel, which made the area feel uncomfortable. The property is still under construction , something that would’ve been fine had I known ahead of time. I actually called several days before our trip and was told by the front desk that renovations were complete and only the pool was closed. That turned out to be untrue. We had to walk through large rolls of carpet and construction areas just to get upstairs. I wish the staff had been upfront about the situation so we could’ve made an informed decision.

I totally wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at that place but, if you do, please ask to have a room on the back side of the building. Because, it’s very noisy and you can’t sleep at all. Plus, the whole way was dirty and smells awful. Our room was towards the front and the highway is just close to the building and too much noise. We asked to switch on the back side to see if it would be better but no one helped.

Swimming pool was closed. My room was not ready and sheets were soiled and beds were not made and didn’t have towels or linen and the attendant had me check-in to the room anyway. The staff did give me new sheets that night, but I had to change the sheets myself and they had the room cleaned the next day. The breakfast was ok. This was not the check-in experience that I expected from Best Western.

Though the room seemed newly updated it had not been well cleaned. There was a distinct food smell, crumbs all over the counter, and towels on the floor. There is a large homeless population at the bottom of the hotel. The hotel did have a security guard there when we left in the morning, but I will not be staying here again.

The staff was excellent. They really were responsive, friendly and polite. Breakfast was a highlight (do the coffee machine instead of the one made by the kitchen though). HOWEVER, they had every other day cleaning of the room! No thank you. Additionally, they're currently still renovating, no dust or grime but whomever is renovating is doing a poor job at it (paint where paint shouldn't be, seems visible and bathroom bar to stabilize you in tub already falling apart). Additionally, no hair dryer in the room (staff immediately brought one up when asked) and the Television only turned on and stayed on one channel. To be fair they did offer to change our room based on the TV issue the first night (staff awesome) but we were too tired and had unpacked our belongings already. We decided to just let it be and they offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience (really don't know if I receive that honestly). Hopefully they get the kinks out soon because it right across from tangers outlets and its worth the stay with what they are doing well.

Super clean facilities. Saturday morning breakfast was so-so. Most of the food was nearly gone and no gravy at all.nor yogurt. Sunday breakfast was much better.well stocked.
