The staff was friendly, if I had one complaint it would be that the cleaning crew opened my door around 9:30 AM when I clearly had a do not disturb sign on the door. Also, my particular TV was constantly glitching and made it impossible to watch anything, because the sound kept going in and out and the picture would scramble. The room was on the front side of the hotel. Very noise (road noise). If I stay here again I would want a room on the back side of the hotel I have stayed here before and had no complaints but this room was unfortunately terrible
