Astra sits on the West End edge of Midtown inside The Odyssey, a modern condo building that puts you a quarter mile from Centennial Park and within easy reach of everything else in Nashville. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the two-bedroom with light, and the interior keeps things clean and warm — comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and an open living area that's the obvious place to land at the end of a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with sleek appliances and barstool seating at the counter for a slow breakfast, a proper home-cooked dinner, or takeout carried up from downstairs. Both bedrooms are built for an actual night's sleep. The primary has a queen, its own smart TV, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a queen, with a bath that opens both to the room and to the living area — private when the door's shut, and a guest bath when you need one.

The Odyssey handles the extras. Guests have access to the building's amenities: a seasonal pool with lounge seating, a BBQ area and fire pit, a well-equipped fitness center, and rooftop gathering space with skyline views. And on the nights when leaving the building sounds like too much, Tito's Mexican Restaurant is on the ground floor.

Centennial Park is a five-minute walk — 132 acres of trails, open lawns, and Nashville's full-scale replica of the Parthenon, which is exactly as strange and as worth seeing as it sounds. Vanderbilt and its medical center are under a mile east, which makes this a practical base for campus visits, appointments, and game weekends alike. West End Avenue keeps cafés and restaurants within a few blocks in both directions, and Music Row is a little over a mile out if you want the working side of the music business rather than the tourist version. Broadway and its neon are a short drive when you want the night to get loud. Close to the park when you want quiet, close to the noise when you don't.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
