Great property! About a 6 minute drive (5-15 Uber xls) to Broadway or a quick scooter ride. The ac was amazing as it was 95 during our stay. Highly recommend this property for a group staying in Nashville! Rental company was very quick with responding and very accommodating.

Parking was very limited.. having to park and pay to park should have been included with the rental prices. Several of the outlets were not working. The televisions in the bedrooms would power on but no sound. Also the picture showed there was a patio never saw it

The house was great for our group of 6, I did not like the pay to park in the parking garage very inconvenient. Great location close to broadway our Lyft was only about 15 each way. I would definitely rent this place again.

Nashville get away

The property was great, great space and nice and clean. Very comfortable. Nearby to attractions, able to walk to some during the day, however, recommend taking uber or lift,especially at night.

Such a fun place!

We had such a great time, we had 8 adults & the Vrbo held us all very comfortably. It was about a 5 minute uber to broadway & close to a cute coffee shop & an alcohol store! They even had a pac man video game & a record player! Super fun!!

Excellent rental

The apartment was in wondercondition. The building is beautiful. Location is wonderful. The host was very responsive very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying in this apartment next time. We’re Nashville truly enjoyed it.

50th celebration in Nashville

The property was beautiful and well laid out. Upon arrival, at our original location it was discovered that there was a double reservation. A little further away from Broadway in Nashville but beautiful. Only reason for the four-star rating is the double booking.

Location was convenient, although street noise was very loud. The space was big enough but the cleanliness was less than satisfactory. The towels and bedding from previous renters was in a bag by the door. The secondary bath was not clean with hair in the shower and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The free street parking was fairly easy to find.

Family's First Trip to Nashville

For the most part it was great. Just a few details that need to be fixed/finished. Was great amount of space and parking being no issue.The distance to Broadway was not a bad walk. We walked most days unless we went beyond Broadway.

While the communication with the staff was efficient and the ability to check out late was wonderful, the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. There were fingerprints, makeup, and scuffs on walls. The grout in one shower was so dirty and the tub in the other bathroom had footprints on it. They also did not have toilet paper holders and seemed to have patches on each wall. They also lacked conveniences such as shampoo

Spacious and close to downtown

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay in Nashville. King size beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Smart TVs in each room but no cable/dish service so you will need to use streaming apps. There was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen, also no dish towels, dishrags, or dish soap to hand wash the few things we used. But we did run the dishwasher with the pods provided. Purchased hand soap and a small bottle of Dawn dish soap at the Dollar General for a couple bucks. Everything seemed very clean, however walking barefoot around the unit, we noticed our feet were very dirty. Otherwise very clean throughout the space. Would not recommend walking to downtown from this location but Lyft and Uber rides worked great and were readily available for $6-8. Overall this was a very nice place and working with King Rentals was very easy and smooth. We would stay here again.
