Enjoy a stylish experience at this updated and hip 2 bedroom, 2 bath + sleeper sofa condo with free parking. Natural sunlight floods the spacious living room every morning and you can light up the evenings with our marquee and LEDs. This condo is steps from Hillsboro Village, Belmont and Vanderbilt University - walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, and iconic murals. A trip to Broadway is only a 10 minute ride away.

THE SPACE
Freshly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo filled with natural light and 10’ ceilings that sleeps up to 6 people with the Joybird sleeper sofa! All bedrooms have a 55” Roku TV, a dresser with plenty of additional closet space and full length mirrors. Bathrooms are equipped with plush linens, a hairdryer, craft handmade bar soap and Beekman 1802 shower soaps. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials (pots and pans, dishes, Keurig with coffee/tea, toaster, salt/pepper) including a microwave, oven and dishwasher.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide all of the essentials including dishwasher pods and laundry pods.

We are located at an intersection with Vanderbilt University Medical Center down the street which does account for some street noise. Part of the charm of being in a big city so close to downtown!

**Please note you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to this condo. There is no elevator.

We rented this condo for my daughter’s college graduation weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The location in Hillsboro Village was fantastic — walkable, convenient, and full of great energy. While it’s definitely an urban setting on a busy intersection, we really enjoyed the vibe and convenience of being right in the middle of everything.We loved the musical decor especially since our daughter was graduating with her Bachelor of Music degree. Made it even more special. The host was wonderful, very communicative, and made everything easy from start to finish. Parking was also simple and stress-free, which was a huge plus. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s special weekend even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it.

Our stay in Nashville was awesome. Ashley was a great host and very responsive. She took care of all our needs. Best hospitality host I’ve came across in an awhile. The road noise of the traffic wasn’t as bad as I thought I would definitely stay here again.

This was the most wonderful VRBO experience I’ve ever had and that’s with over 20 years of rental experience through the site. They truly thought of everything and that’s what made it so special. Thank you for all the little things, including the plate of picks and access to the guitar. We are a household of musical folks so we loved that access the most.
