The Space:

Whether you're returning from live music venues or warming up after exploring nearby streets, this retreat offers a quiet perch above the action with glimpses of the skyline and comfortable spaces designed for unwinding.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each offering a private place to rest and recharge. Three beds are arranged to give your group room to spread out, and both bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom that adds convenience as you prepare for evenings out or ease into slower mornings. Soft bedding and space to unpack create an atmosphere that supports longer, more relaxed stays.



Living spaces

Natural light filters through the open-concept living area, creating a comfortable setting for lounging, streaming your favorite show on the TV, or warming up after time spent exploring the city. Adjustable heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan help you stay comfortable in shifting weather, while the layout supports downtime between cold-season outings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers the essentials you need for simple meals and unhurried breakfasts. Prepare dinner before heading back into Nashville's dining and music scene or start your morning with something warm before venturing out into the winter air. With room to cook and gather, it supports easy routines throughout your stay.



Amenities & building features

Shared building features include a pool and a shared gym in the building, giving you options for activity or relaxation. An elevator simplifies access, and paid parking on premises is available at $25 per night. Self check-in with a smart lock adds flexibility to your arrival, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Exterior security cameras in the building's common areas support peace of mind, while a smoke alarm and first aid kit are provided within the unit.



Laundry & essentials

A washer and dryer in the building make it easy to manage winter layers or prepare for longer stays. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and basic comforts are provided, along with hangers and an iron to help you settle in.

Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.



1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.

3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.

5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
