I got to the room and there were numerous stains on the walls, it smelt like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn marks in the sheets which I immediately cancelled the room and went to comfort Inn and got a room and I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded which I feel I’m now getting the run around because I can’t seem to get anyone to give me a refund
