All Bode guests have access to our vibrant outdoor courtyard, outdoor games and fire pits, Dawn Cafe + Market, and Sidebar.

Parking is available in Bode Nashville’s parking lot located at 401 President Ronald Reagan Way. Overflow parking is available at 500 2nd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37210.

The standard market rate is $50 ($35 with validation) but will be increased during peak events and at the GM’s discretion. The guest may validate as many parked vehicles as they would like. Parking can be paid by the hour or they can choose the overnight rate for multiple days. Guests are not charged until their session ends, so they can add time until they are ready to head out.

Perfect place to stay. Parked our car and we’re able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were so nice and helpful - responded quickly to any questions (like the best places to eat!). Beds were very comfy - we will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Nashville!

Our apartment was great! Very spacious and clean. Super friendly staff. Good location, only a short walk to Broadway and having the cafe on site was a nice perk. Also the Sidebar was awesome and highly recommend checking out the delicious cocktails and live music. We would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeded every expectation I had . Great location, very clean, huge, comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in. The check in was easy and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would give it 10 stars if I could !! This will be my go to when staying in Nashville.
