Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

This home is located on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown in hot "Music Hill". Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

Family Vacation

We stayed in the rental for four nights while we visited Nashville for the Coldplay concert! The house was beautiful and I loved the decor! The location is great too. Just a short ride to Broadway, the Gulch, etc. We would stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice place

Very clean and comfortable three story townhome. If we had a problem they got right back to us and fixed problem. Loved the outdoor space on third floor. We were a little early and they were very accommodating to get us in the property sooner thsn check-in time.

Super nice house

Great house in a convenient location. Loved having 4 separate bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for us and extended family. Having a garage - especially when it was rainy - was a nice bonus!Beds were comfy, just wish the bedrooms had curtains. It’s bright in the mornings- bring a night mask!We had one issue where if we used both the coffee pot and toaster plugged into the plug by refrigerator- it would pop the fuse. Couldn’t find a GFI plug in kitchen. Instead we would have to reset it in the fuse box. Communicated with management team but it took a number of hours to get a response. We finally found the fuse box behind the laundry door. Overall a good place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony on the 2nd floor. Despite house being near an interstate - it was still quiet.

Great house for a family or group of friends.

Clean and looked like the pictures. A bonus for booking things site unseen. Wish it would have had a few more things to use for cooking at home, but all in all we liked the place a lot. Would consider it again when in town.

Excellent location and the house was very nice. Some areas could use some additional cleaning but could be difficult due to the height of the great room. Nice bedrooms and showers. The upstairs living area was nice and had a mini fridge to keep beverages close in the 3rd floor. Could not locate or figure out how to use the fire pit but since it was warm we didn’t really need it. The furniture could be more comfortable. Everything that was needed was already there and there is grocery nearby. Quick Uber trip into Broadway. Recommended.

We stayed for the full week. The property was perfect for hosting family and friends. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or issues. The location is convenient to downtown, the Gulch and the airport. There is really no local area within walking distance but driving was very easy and Uber was also easy.

I’ve been to Nashville many times and this has been my and my friends least favorite experience. Cleanliness: this was our biggest concern. There was literally what seemed to be vomit residual on the walls in the upstairs hallway (gross) and not one but 2 of my friends found dried blood on the sheets and we ended up having to wash them before we could go to sleep. The dishes were gross and unusable without a second wash.There was used floss on the bathroom floor. It was like no one actually took care when they cleaned it. Another concern is the way they go about checking in. Check in is at 4 pm which i think is crazy. But when i asked if early check in was possible, instead of allowing us to come in early they charge $100 on top of there already pricey sum based on meh location alone even though they didn’t have anyone staying there the night before and could easily have let us come a little early to make our stay better at no cost like many hotels do. I would avoid this property and look closer to Broadway if you’re.weighing cost vs savings. Just spend the extra money to be closer. Maybe you’ll actually end up in a rental that’s been properly cleaned and vetted.
