Rural house located in the village of Ornaisons surrounded by vineyards and pine forests. The cottage is in a former sweeping dating from 1835 adjoining the owner's house and on a plot of over 3000 m2. On the ground floor, a well open-plan kitchen living room with a typical Languedoc fireplace. A French window gives access to a private garden of around 200 m2 with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. On the 1st floor, on the landing an independent WC, a bedroom with double bed and shower room. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with double bed (possibility of an additional single bed) and a bathroom and separate wc. In the village, small local shops and numerous cellars of Corbières appellation wines. 10 minutes from Fontfroide Abbey, 20 minutes from Narbonne, 35 minutes from the beach and the City of Carcassonne, 15 minutes from the Canal du Midi, you will be ideally located for visiting our beautiful department and the wild and magnificent landscapes of our Corbières.

Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
