Unwind you have arrived at the air-conditioned cottage l'Escapade, without vis-à-vis and in a quiet hamlet.
Once the gate is closed you will benefit exclusively from the swimming pool, the lounge-bar, the barbecue with its dining area and the shaded parking.

House built in 2003 very well insulated with reversible air conditioning, on a fully enclosed plot of land and not overlooked.
A covered row houses the entrance which opens onto a hall with wardrobe and on either side:
-the living-dining room with a large bay window and a staircase to access a mezzanine for reading or work.
-the equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer) with its sliding window opening onto the covered terrace and a sliding window with a view of the swimming pool.
Between the two a corridor serving:
-bedroom 1 with bedding in 180x200 or 2x90x200 according to request
-bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90x200 or 1x180x200
-the toilet
the bathroom with washing machine, 1 washbasin, 1 shower
Outside, fully enclosed land with garden and trees allowing you to park your vehicles in the shade, a covered barbecue with charcoal or grill wood with its table and benches.
The 8x4 swimming pool with a flat bottom of 1.35m and stairs, equipped with a motorized safety curtain to also keep the heat of the water during the night, the large terraces, the sunbeds and the pool house with bar, lounge and toilet
The entire accommodations are private and reserved for tenants.
