Clean room,nice staff and good continental breakfast.Only draw back was the walk from elevator to room(furthest away)#400 on 4th floor. Didn’t realize we would be so far,very tough on my 73 y.o. wife. But all in all a very nice time.

Overall this is a 3 star max. It’s a good value and convenient location to Marco island…that’s about it. They seemed understaffed, always out of towels by the pool, breakfast was not good and always out of stuff like bowls, knives or milk. Pool bathroom was always dirty and out of toilet paper. I asked for an extra blanket and they were out. Pool gets mostly shade so on cooler days that’s not ideal and I never saw anyone cleaning it. My kids picked a few pieces of trash out of it. Stay here if you need a safe somewhat clean budget hotel close to Marco.

This is the second time we stayed with you. Customer service is always awesome. Love the breakfasts. Rooms are excellent, we cooked supper in our room and needed butter for our sweet corn for supper. The cleck behind the front desk helped us out since breakfast was long over. Thanks for going out of your way to make our stay wonderful!! We'll see you next year.
