Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Hose off any beach chairs, toys that you used to remove salt, and kindly put them back in the garage. Thermostat to 75 degrees

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The listing said there was a pool but didn’t say it would cost us 30 a day to heat. Also, the house needed more things: pillows, sheets, towels, blankets and dishes.
