A charming apartment perfect for 4 people, located in an elegant historic building dating from the 1900s. All the rooms, furnished with pieces crafted by local artisans, open onto the balcony, and the view of the quiet, pedestrian-only inner street makes it very peaceful despite its central location. Close to the lively streets of Spaccanapoli, the apartment is also a 14-minute walk from the central station and just 500 meters from the Duomo metro station, offering easy access to other parts of the city.



The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a concierge service (hours from 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), equipped with an elevator (cost: 20 cents; free on weekends and holidays).



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchen with a snack table and stools, split A/C, and a cooking area equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, and toaster

- Living room with dining table, sofa, 25-inch TV, and split A/C

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and split A/C

- Bedroom II with two single beds, a clothes rack, a dresser, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED FIBER-OPTIC WIFI, split-system heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Furthermore, in just a 7-minute walk, you can reach San Gregorio Armeno and the Decumani. Our accommodations are an excellent choice for couples and families who want to experience Neapolitan life in a location that allows for easy travel and is very central, yet quiet at the same time.



- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Alibus shuttle service to Garibaldi Station and then walking from there for about 12 minutes (850 meters).



- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes (900 meters) or by taking Metro Line L1 to the Duomo stop, which is 500 meters from the apartment.



- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking is metered in blue-line zones or free (NOT guaranteed) in white-line zones. You can also park for a fee at the Garage Luca Napoli, located at Vico Palazzo Due Porte 16, 100 meters from the apartment.
