No real complaints, very clean room with everything we needed, walkable to local conveniences and centro storio in 20 mins. Decent wifi, felt safe and friendly. Some of the other flats nearby were noisy but that's a city, and we enjoyed feeling part of the city. One of the bedsheets was very heavily floral-scented (I'm not usually so sensitive) even with the windows open the smell was overpowering. It settled over time though. Good price. Would stay again if we return to Naples.

The room was very nice.This place is a self check in .Its an apartment complex with some units converted to hotel like rooms.The instructions were a bit confusing and the staff i contacted through whatts app i dont think understood english very well as he took offense to a comment i made which was no way condescending or offensive. We did eventually come to an understanding. The area is un safe as it is in downtown naples . The streets are dirty garbage ridden with some homeless. This place would get an excellent rating if in a better area.
