Super helpful staff and comfortable room. The hotel is situated right on Spaccanapoli, though it is shielded from the noise on the 4th floor behind a courtyard.

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The staff were amazing also, could not fault them. They were so friendly and welcoming and even gave us recommendations on local places to eat and drink with great atmospheres. Would definitely be back to stay here next time we are in Naples

An exceptional place to stay in the heart of Naples. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The location is perfect—right in the centre of Spaccanapoli and close to everything, yet the property itself feels quiet, peaceful, and removed from the energy of the busy streets outside. The rooms were wonderfully clean, comfortable, and refreshingly cool, which was especially appreciated after exploring the city. It truly felt like a calm little getaway in the middle of lively Naples, offering the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location is ideal. Center of the strip. Close to the beach with an easy walk. Staff was helpful, rooms and bathrooms & a/c great. We liked the balcony. But I wish I could see past the fencing while sitting. There’s a tarp that wraps around it. There’s plenty of chairs but would rather have more lounge chairs.

The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Kiara went above and beyond to help us — she helped carry our bags, coordinated with our taxi driver, and even waited over 20 minutes for us while we were confused trying to find everything. She was so patient, kind, and sweet throughout the entire experience. The staff truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!”
