Disliked: Check-in
Well spaced. Clean linens and locations. Be aware that taxis won’t get there because of the street going up. You’ll have to come down to the plaza for a taxi. Communication with the 3rd party was a bit delayed and the entry door wasn’t working for us so much at times. They only have acs on the bedrooms not the living room and the acs weren’t potent enough to cool the rooms we had to ask for extra fans. Other than that its was well enough to just sleep and enjoy Naples.
