Check in was ok. Either the front desk person didn't like I purchase through third party or didn't know how to handle it. I had to ask information about breakfast and parking, which tuen out to be perks from hotels.com, not from the hotel. The initial room didn't have a nice coastal view as advertise, but there was no issue to change it. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Water pressure great. Toiletries included except for mouthwash or toothpaste. In room service was fast and food was warm and tasty, although expensive for the flatbread size. Breakfast was amazing, thank you hotels.com for the perk. Lunch at the pool was super tasty. The pool was heated, which was convenient, but it hald mold in some areas, which is why I'm rating it good and not excelent. Dinner was better outside the hotel because of variety. Checkout was easy and uneventful.

We were very disappointed in our stay at the Naples Grande Hotel, and actually cut our stay short. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The carpets were stained, the tub cracked, and it smelt very musty. For the cost we weren’t impressed at all.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, from the front desk to all other services. Ella and Nino were amazing—very attentive and truly made our stay so pleasant. The facility is a bit outdated, but we were told that updates are in progress. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

Our phones never worked in the room and we requested help at least 4x. So we wouldn't order food, ete. The hotel is old and needs a rehabbing, if you look at the walls in the hallway, they are really bad. many of the fixtures, lights in my suite didn't work.

The Signature King Suite was wonderful! Spacious with an amazing view, 2 mini fridges, and a super comfy bed. Beach, pool, and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend this property!!

The shower has no water pressure. Takes a long time to rinse shampoo & conditioner off. The fridge had to be replaced (froze our drinks). Keurig coffee maker had to be replaced (stopped working). The TV was dark with 5 or 6 bright spots on the screen. Could deal with it since we didn't watch a lot of TV. Getting a lounge chair that was in the sun till at least 2:00pm was impossible. Realized that people were going down early in the morning and placing personal items on the loungers to "HOLD" them. Several days the chairs weren't even used for hours. So, on our last day, went down at 9:00am to do the same. Cabanas weren't used, but couldn't put loungers in front of them. Even though that was where the sun was exposed for the full day. Should be more organized in that area. The employees of the hotel were very helpful and courteous. House keeping very accommodating as well. When renovations are done in Nov or Dec. may give it another shot. We'll see.
