families, couples, or small groups, this beautifully maintained vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 7
guests and offers all the comforts of home—plus your own private tropical oasis.

Step inside to an open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, tile floors throughout, and plenty of
natural light. The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a large flat-screen TV,
DVD player, and music center. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the screened courtyard lanai,
creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, plus a cozy dinette area.
The dining room seats up to 8, making it easy to gather for family dinners or game nights.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, direct lanai/pool access, and a spacious ensuite bath with dual
vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub
• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Guest Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed

This house is beautiful and has all you need to enjoy a relaxing and awesome vacation in Naples. It is close to beaches (10 minutes to Lowedermilk Park) and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We had an amazing time and will come back.
