Room was large and well maintained - we (2 adults, one 12 year old child) stayed in room 1 (5 nights) and there was plenty of room. Decent breakfast offered in the mornings. Staff was helpful, but important to remember it is more of a b and b than a hotel so staff are not on generally site except in the mornings but are very responsive by WhatsApp. Location is excellent - right at a Metro station (Linea 1) and a short walk to all the popular spots in Centro Storico and the Spanish quarter. Also a 10-15 minute walk to the main train station straight down the street or one metro stop away. Would highly recommend for a stay in Naples.

The description in Expedia is misleading, the property is like Airbnb or guest house, it has only 6 rooms un 3rd floor in old building, there is one small old elevator. The receptionist is rarely there, but they communicate well on WhatsApp. The reception, kitchen and breakfast area are all in small rooms. The best thing about this property is very large clean remodeled bathroom. It doesn't worrh the price.

Good location. A boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Amenities limited. No Kleenex, limited towels, breakfast was very limited and cooked on a hot plate. Not very sanitary. No gloves used in preparation. Very limited front desk staff. Lots of steps. Missed a room cleaning.

We stayed for two nights in the Family Suite with a balcony and city view. The suite was neat, clean, and featured modern decor. It was essentially a two-bedroom suite, with one large room and a tiny second room with a twin bunk bed. While a second bathroom would have been a bonus, the single bathroom was fine for a short stay for our family of five. Interestingly, we also had access to a shared, well-equipped kitchen, though we never crossed paths with other guests during our entire stay. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. We had a minor issue with a leaking bidet on the first night, but they fixed it promptly the next morning. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location is fantastic—right next to the local train station and an easy walk to Napoli Central Station. Given the competitive price, this stay was a great value. We were very happy and would absolutely recommend it!"
