It is in a great area, very clean, great hvac, typical Italian hotel on the fourth floor of a resident building which is weird but the norm. Felt safe and the staff are very kind.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean, and the service was great. The only issue was that the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, and no one was available to help. Aside from that, we had a good stay.

Nice room with plenty of space. But there was a lot of noise from the outside traffic as our room was facing a very busy road and the windows weren’t sound proofed good enough.

This boutique hotel was the perfect spot for our short stay in Naples. Located in the central part of the city, it was close to all the things we wanted to do by foot. The property itself was new and the staff attention was on point! Although this is not a 24 hour hotel, it felt like it. Well done!

There's a bit of a problem with breakfast—if you arrive late, there's basically nothing left on the menu. They could improve the selection and also offer hot scrambled eggs instead of cold ones.

Loved this location and was so happy with the commutation by the hosts here. This was a bit removed from the tourist spots but it made the trip better by being able to walk to so many places that we otherwise wouldn't have been to. We had three people in a room here and it wasn't too cramped for space and the bathroom and closet were enormous by Italian standards. Breakfast was OK but there are cafes in ever direction. Next time I am in Naples I will 100% be staying here and cannot wait to return for an authentic but comfortable experience.

The room itself was beautiful and cleaned, but the building entrance in order to get to the room was complicated- Elevator is tiny. One of the days the building lost power, so we had to wait outside until someone could come to open the main entrance. I have 2 little kids, so it was a scary moment, but other than that, once in the room, everything was fine.
