We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the location and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Convenience of location to the NATO facility there. The breakfast is good. Rooms are sparse and dated, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make the stay great. If you are looking for a Four Seasons type experience, this is not it, but for a place to stay that has a staff (very small) but always inquiring as to what they can do to make your stay better - highly recommend. The area takes a bit of walking to get too things and it’s not a really developed city, but you can always find some great food. I’d go back.

Friendly hotel, comfortable beds :)

Super attentive and friendly staff all round, especially the manager Alberto who goes above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after like family. Room facilities excellent, and most importantly comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Pool is a bonus and location spot-on!!

Close to beaches and restaurants. Western breakfasts bacon and eggs. Secure parking and big efficiency rooms with huge balconies with a view of Lago Patria, Sea front and the NATO base. Close to Naples proper, Caserta, Pompeii, Rome and the Almafi Coast.

I got ripped off as staff arranged driver who overcharged us. Got left somewhere as there was a train strike. We had to wait for 3 hours as driver could not come back. Breakfast was horrific. Eggs dried out, Bread was hard and old sausage and bacon gross. Absolutely way too far. Absolutely nothing to do in the area. We regret the moment we entered the premises instantly. Shops no where to be found. Absolutely disappointed. Never again!

Like being part of a family

I was at the hotel from Monday to Friday and have not stayed in a more friendly place in Lago Patria. The owner made me feel so welcome. He put me in a room that I requested so it would be quieter, supplied a huge bottle of cold water in arrival (very very welcome) and even allowed me to pick some fresh lemons off the tree. The room was huge with, the shower was fantastic and everything worked like clockwork. The breakfast was a great mixture of hot and cold food (the cakes were amazing). I would definitely stay at this hotel where I felt part of the family again.

Worst Hotel in Lago

I have to say this is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time (NEVER AGAIN). Room was very basic, air conditioning didn't work, plastic mattress very uncomfortable and hot. Breakfast was a choice of cakes or reheated rubbish (Grey eggs), thousands of oranges grown in the area yet we had chemical concentrate orange juice, coffee in the land of great coffee from a horrible machine. No bar or restaurant in the hotel, and the price for this was very high. I will never stay in this hotel again, not the staff's fault needs to be modernised and facilities improved dragged into the 2020's. WIFI was a joke didn't work even in the lobby?

Hit and miss

The Pool was half empty and green and nothing like the pictures. the "Gym" is minimal and closes and 1830 daily. On the positive the Breakfast is ample and refreshed quickly and the free chilled water is a blessing in the warm weather although not advertised and it really should be.

Room was clean but in my case it was in the ground floor and was almost underground. Breakfast was very very basic. On the plus side the hotel staff was very friendly and they were speaking English.
