———————— FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ——————

1. Is it possible to check in before 2:00 PM?
Early access to the property is subject to the apartment’s availability.
You will therefore be able to check in before 2:00 PM only if the unit has not been previously booked by another guest.

2. Is it possible to check out after 11:00 a.m.?
The option to extend your stay in the apartment beyond 11:00 a.m. will be available only if the unit has not been booked by another guest for the same day.

3. Can I leave my luggage at the property during early check-in or late check-out?
Of course, the “luggage storage” service is offered free of charge.

4. If my car is longer than 4.50 meters, can I still use the private parking lot?
Yes, with a little extra maneuvering, even cars up to 4.70 meters long will fit. However, if you have trouble parking, we’ll provide you with an additional parking spot in our courtyard, which is just 100 meters from the apartment. Note: In this case, you will not be provided with a personal remote control to access the courtyard (as is the case with the apartment’s private parking lot), but you will be given a 24/7 phone number to call to have the gate opened.

5. Is it possible to charge electric vehicles in the apartment’s private parking lot?
No, it will not be possible to charge your car in the apartment’s private parking lot. However, you can charge your car (for a fee) in the courtyard of our building, which is only 100 meters from the apartment. Note: You will not be provided with a personal remote control to access the courtyard, but you will be given a 24/7 phone number to call to have the gate opened.

6. Is the apartment located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)?
No, the apartment is located 100 meters from the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so it’s outside the zone but very close to the city center.

7. Is smoking allowed inside the apartment?
No, it is strictly prohibited. Only electronic devices such as iQos or Kiwi may be used for smoking inside the apartment.

8. Can I host parties in the apartment?
No, hosting parties in the apartment is prohibited.

9. Can I allow people other than those listed on the reservation to enter the house?
No, it is prohibited to allow people other than those listed on the reservation to enter the house.

10. Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

11. Can I leave the air conditioners or heaters on when I go out?
No, it is prohibited to leave the air conditioners or heaters on when you go out.
