This is my favourite hotel in Naples, Italy. The property is immaculate and the staff are very, very friendly. They answer all my questions, give me very good directions, and make being there a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Great hotel!

The breakfast is wonderful. I had several options to choose from and the staff were there to help me with anything additionally that I might need.. I can’t emphasize enough how friendly and courteous and helpful the staff at this hotel are. They are absolutely wonderful.

Location location location

The location of the hotel is the main asset. It is convenient to the main train station, shopping areas, tour meeting places and dining options. The price of the hotel is quite reasonable if you book early.

Hotel is very convenient to train station and subway station. Hotel site indicates that it is handicap accessible, with elevator. Does not have elevator and there are many stairs to climb. so be prepared with large luggage

We have just returned from a stay in the apartment and it totally exceeded my expectations! It was huge! It was comfortable, clean and the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, we tried most of them and the food was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the main train station and alibus (airport bus) stop. We bought the city sightseeing tour from the touts outside the hotel and there is a pick up just over the road so we used this to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially the apartment 👌
