The condo is in The Cottages of Naples Bay Resort which allows you to enjoy world class Naples Bay Club Amenities. Included in this unit, is your registration and daily resort fee, other's may not do this. This unit is a premium unit with higher quality design, furnishings and finishes than others. Unit I-205 is fully equipped and spacious, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and screened in balcony. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with a queen size luxury inflatable mattress in case you have extra guest. Naples Bay Resort has a lazy river, adult only pool, large family pool with a waterfall and hot tub. There is poolside bar and dining, state of the art fitness center, full spa service, tennis and Marina offering boat rentals. So much fun!
