We stayed for two nights. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink or shower. My wife had to wash her hair and clean up in the kitchen sink both days. We tried to contact her about this problem via your website several times and received no response. We also called the number the host gave us and never received a return call. Her voice mail box said it was full and not accepting messages. Also, there was a very loud generator outside our entry door which was right next to our bed making sleep almost impossible.Under the circumstances we are seeking a full refund. We are long time VRBO members and have been satisfied with the past rentals. However, we are not incline to use your service again unless this situation is resolved. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Ron and Marilyn
