The cottage was small. but very comfortable and in a great location for a visit to Naples. But it could definitely use a set of house notes or instructions. The thermostat, microwave, washing machine and front door security lock all had issues. A short guide with some key info about how to operate each of these items would have been very helpful. There was also no notice about garbage or recycling pickup.

This is our third trip to the Naples area and our first time staying at this location. I was very happy with the little house, it had just enough space for us. Not far from several beaches and also a shell tour we like to take. Neighborhood was quiet and the home is not far from the main road. We will be back and would definitely stay again.
