Open the full sliding glass walls to your private screened lanai and heated saltwater pool, with a layout designed for groups who want comfort and convenience.

The Space

Bright, open-concept layout with 12-foot ceilings and a clean, modern design.

Indoor-Outdoor Living: Living area with a massive down-filled sectional, 65" Samsung QLED TV, and a sliding glass wall that opens fully to the screened lanai and saltwater pool.

Chef’s Kitchen: Sophisticated white cabinetry with a waterfall-style island and bar seating for four, perfect for morning coffee before heading to the coast.

Beach Gear Included: Four cruiser bikes, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama umbrella, cooler, and wagon for easy trips to Delnor-Wiggins or Vanderbilt Beach.

Pool & Outdoor Living: Private screened lanai with a heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and Weber grill. Standard pool heat to 84°F is included with your stay. Optional heating up to 88°F is available for $30/day with at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival.
