If a peaceful elegant stay is what you are envisioning, this is the perfect spot! Located just a 3 min drive from downtown (10-15 min walk)- you are close enough to the action but away from the busyness. The property is a Victorian home that has been updated with a nice modern twist. With lovely sitting nooks, outdoor nooks, pool/hot tub/sauna, and a freshly made breakfast… you could stay in and lounge all day if you wanted to! Everything was super easy. Check in codes are given beforehand via text, and you can get your questions answered via text. Would highly recommend this stay for couples, girls getaways, or a solo trip while enjoying Napa!

Staying at Hennessey Estate in Napa was such a special experience. From the moment I arrived, I could tell how much thought went into blending the historic charm of the Victorian house with modern touches. The property is gorgeous — the wrap-around porch, the gardens, and the little details in the architecture make it feel timeless yet welcoming. The location couldn’t be better. I loved being able to walk right into downtown Napa for wine tastings, amazing restaurants, and the Oxbow Market. It felt private and tucked away but still central to everything. My room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with spa-like details, and everything felt both luxurious and homey. I especially enjoyed having quiet mornings with coffee in the garden before heading out for the day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Napa Valley! The room was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was incredibly cozy, we slept so well every night. Breakfast was delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients and we loved taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub in the evening after a day of exploring the wineries. This boutique B&B truly made this experience stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway in Napa Valley!

The Perfect Stay

This home is absolutely stunning—beautifully renovated while preserving all of its original charm. Everything was impeccably clean, and the room felt both spacious and cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic both days, and we loved spending time in the serene spa and pool out back. The location couldn’t be better—just an easy 8-minute walk to downtown, filled with charming homes and vibrant flowers along the way. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property. An unforgettable stay from start to finish.

A recent stay at HENNESSEY Estate for three nights was a fantastic experience. The recent renovations were impressive – the property still had a new smell, and the modern updates were beautifully done. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. We had an amazing stay at the Hennessy Estate. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of a hotel (i.e., excellent linens, in room safe, toiletries, etc.) in a wonderful B&B setting. The breakfast was perfect before wine tasting all day and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown for dinner each night. We were lucky enough to be there while the owners were there and they were delightful hosts who treated everyone to a wine tasting in the house and were always one step ahead of us on anything we might need. We will definitely be back!

Room is very clean and big, having enough items, such as basic showing items, and body lotions. Staffs and manager are all nice, and its breakfast tastes good! The location is excellent, walking to downtown only needing few minutes.
