I had an amazing stay from check in to check out. It was in close proximity to my daytime activities and the property was very clean and modern. Also, Ember Steak was very delicious!

Check-in was at 4pm and apparently the room wasn't ready. Waited an hour and missed my dinner reservation at the resort restaurant. When we arrived to the room, there was still food from room service outside of our door. Disappointed for the price I paid.

I had heard of the resort on IG and it was my first time staying here . I booked the two room suite and it didn’t disappoint me everything and everyone from our check in to our check out made my family feel extra special !!! Top notch and VIP treatment ! We were overcharged $485 and have not been able to get in touch with the hotel for three days. They have yet to send the folio as well detailing the charges of our stay. They don’t answer their phone so I’ve had to place a help ticket through their reservation line. The front desk was not able to answer our call from the room the night we were staying there either after four attempts! They never called back to see what we needed or check on us. Nice hotel but difficult to get any help if there’s an issue! One star service at best!

We had a beautifully updated room with an incredibly comfortable bed, great linens and fantastic pillows. We stayed to watch two concerts onsite and it was so convenient. Restaurants were excellent. The onsite market has great beverage and snack options. A lovely weekend overall.

The bathrooms are insane. There is no privacy in any of the areas of the bathroom and no doors that actually close. The shampoo and body soap are the same. Everything is way too overpriced.
